7 Days Before:

No blood thinning medications such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin

There will be a consultation after the treatment to discuss how it went and how to optimize the benefits while managing and reducing the side effects (if any).

Expect for the skin to have slight redness and inflammation after, so for the next two weeks, please avoid extreme temperatures. Since the skin is inflamed, this also means that you won’t see the final results right away.

As for skin care, please avoid chemicals exfoliants such as AHA and BHA, as well as Retinol for 2 to 3 days. You can still, however, continue to use moisturizers.

Lastly, it’s always a good idea to eat a nutritious diet after and make sure you’re drinking a lot of water and keeping yourself hydrated.
