Triniti is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation system. It is a complete skin treatment program performed sequentially over 3 steps all in the same visits. It addresses pigmentation and wrinkling problems at the same time for immediate results to reverse aging signs and achieve smoother, firmer, and even skin.
Triniti skin treatment system acts by using the ELOS (Electro-Optical Synergy) technology concept. ELOS technology use combined radiofrequency (bipolar radiofrequency) and optical energy (laser or light) technologies where both technologies act in synergy. This synergy allows double targeting of the tissue for higher safety and less energy needed.
The bipolar radiofrequency allows the electric current to pass between the two electrodes creating heat that stimulates collagen production. The optical energy will be absorbed by the matching chromophores (like pigmented lesions or collagen) to heat it. The optical energy in the Triniti system is IPL, Infrared, and diode laser.
The first step of Triniti acts on color correction to remove any pigmentation disorders, followed by a step to treat the fine wrinkles, and finally, the step where the deep wrinkles and saggy skin problems are addressed. Each step uses a combination of radiofrequency with laser or light.
Triniti combines 3 skin rejuvenation procedures in the same session to address multiple problems simultaneously to give you great results while saving your time and money.
It is a non-invasive procedure that addresses the following problems at the same time:
Triniti skin rejuvenation system is an intensive procedure that aims to stimulate new collagen production to produce smooth, firm younger skin. The results can be noticed after 1 week and the results will continue to improve for 3-5 months.

Triniti skin rejuvenation system comprises 3 consecutive treatment steps in the same session. Each step involves the combination of radiofrequency and laser or light energy to accomplish a specific treatment. The treatment involves the use of 3 applicators.
1. SR applicator: it targets the colored lesions or pigmentation through. It uses bipolar radiofrequency with IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) to target the chromophores of pigmented lesions such as spider veins, sunspots, uneven skin tone, and melasma. It can also act on the large skin pores to reduce them and produce smoother skin. This step acts on lesions in the superficial layer as it can be effective to a depth of 0.4 mm and it does not affect the deeper layers of the skin.
2. ST applicator: it targets the fine wrinkles around the mouth, nasolabial fold, and around the eyes. It uses bipolar radiofrequency and infrared light with 700 – 2,000 nm wavelength to cause heat production and stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin fibers. The beam penetrates 4-5 mm deep into the skin layers. It is a painless procedure but it may produce some heat sensation.
3. Matrix IR applicator: it targets deep wrinkles. It uses bipolar radiofrequency and diode laser with a 915 nm wavelength to reach the deeper skin layers to help strengthen already existing collagen end elastin fibers and produce heat to help new fibers production to restore skin elasticity and smoothen the deep wrinkles. It is a safe technique that is effective only on the deep layers while being safe on the superficial layer. It is effective to reduce wrinkles on smile lines, treatment of deep scars, and tightening large pores.
The process duration is about 1-1.5 hours according to the size of the area to be treated and the number of addressed problems. It is recommended to have 3-4 sessions each session is 3-4 weeks apart. The treatment results are long-lasting but it is advised to be repeated every 6, 12, and 18 months (touch-up visit).
Before treatment, your dermatologist will examine your skin, and discuss any active medical condition, and existing problems. Discuss with your dermatologist any previous skin care treatment. A skin test may be performed by applying an energy light pulse to the skin to check for any possible contraindication.
The Triniti treatment session is an easy smooth procedure, you can resume your daily routine after the session, and continue using make-up as usual. It is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure so make sure you use sunscreen (SPF30 or more) before going out.
We understand you may want to change your plans due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its health implications.

How many sessions are required?
Triniti skin rejuvenation system is designed to save your time. In each session, you are performing 3 different treatments. According to the skin condition and the number and severity of the addressed problems you may need 3-4 visits 3-4 weeks apart. A touch-up session is recommended twice a year to maintain the results for a long time.
When can I expect to see results?
Some results are noticed immediately after the session. There is a continuous and gradual improvement over the treatment course.
Is it safe?
The treatment is safe and effective for most skin types and colors.
Is it painful?
